By submitting an inquiry, confirming a booking, or making any payment to the Company, the Client acknowledges having read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

The Company operates the K-Wedding service as a registered travel business, curating and coordinating Korean cultural, photography, beauty and lifestyle experiences for international visitors.
2.1 All experiences, services and products offered under the K-Wedding brand are performed and delivered by independent third-party providers, including photography studios, drivers, interpreters, hanbok, jewelry and tailoring providers, hair and beauty providers, spa operators, and hotels. Each provider is solely responsible for the performance of its own service.
2.2 The role of the Company is to arrange, coordinate and manage the Client's experience and to act as the Client's English-language point of contact. This coordination service is the service to which the Booking & Service Fee relates.
2.3 Where a provider's service is deficient, the Company will use reasonable efforts to assist the Client in resolving the matter with the relevant provider. Responsibility for the performance of any service rests with the provider that delivers it. Where a deficiency instead arises from the Company's own coordination or from an error in the Company's quotation, that responsibility rests with the Company
2.4 Refunds follow payment. A refund in respect of any service, whether in whole or in part, is payable by the party that received payment for that service: by the Company where payment was made to the Company, and by the relevant provider where payment was made directly to that provider. This applies irrespective of which provider performed the service.
2.5 The Booking & Service Fee is non-refundable, save that the Company may refund it in whole or in part at its discretion where an issue results from the Company's own coordination or quotation error, or where the Company is unable to secure the confirmed booking (for example, where the selected date subsequently becomes unavailable). In such cases, the Company's priority is to arrange a suitable alternative subject to availability, and a refund arises only where no such alternative can be provided.
2.6 The Company acts as the arranger and coordinator of these experiences and does not act as a payment intermediary collecting or forwarding funds on behalf of any third-party business.
2.7 The proportion of the total price payable in advance, and the proportion (if any) settled on the day of the experience, varies by booking — ranging from the Booking & Service Fee alone, to a combination, to full prepayment — and is set out in the Client's quotation and booking confirmation.
3.1 The Client submits an inquiry via the Company's website form, WhatsApp or email.
3.2 The Company consults with the Client regarding dates, party size, style and preferences, and prepares a tailored quotation.
3.3 To confirm a booking, the Client pays the Booking & Service Fee, together with any further advance amount stated in the booking confirmation.
3.4 Detailed logistics, on-the-day payment amounts and provider arrangements are confirmed prior to the experience.
3.5 A booking is confirmed only once the Company has received the required advance payment and issued a written confirmation.
4.1 All prices are quoted and payable in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2 Quotations are valid for the period stated therein; prices are subject to change prior to confirmation of a booking.
4.3 Prices cover only the services expressly listed in the Client's quotation. Items not listed — including personal expenses, meals, additional outfits, on-the-day upgrades and gratuities — are excluded.
4.4 Card payments are processed through the Company's secure payment link (Eximbay /Eximlink). Card processing fees are borne by the Company, and the Client pays only the invoiced amount.
4.5 For bank or SWIFT transfers (typically applicable to larger bookings), the Client is responsible for all bank, intermediary and correspondent charges, and must remit funds such that the Company receives the full invoiced USD amount. Any shortfall must be settled before the experience.
5.1 The Client's payment amounts and schedule are set out in the individual booking confirmation. Prepayment ordinarily comprises a Booking & Service Fee (which secures the booking and covers the Company's coordination), together with any logistical services arranged through the Company (such as transfers, interpretation and coordination). Depending on the booking, a provider's service may be settled on the day or paid in advance.
5.2 The following standard structures apply:
| Booking type | Payable in advance | Settled on the day |
|---|---|---|
| Pre-wedding photography (스드메) | Booking & Service Fee together with logistical services | Remaining balance |
| Local / outdoor photography | Full amount | - |
| Standalone logistics and concierge (pickup, transfers, VIP meet & greet, interpretation, coordination) | Full amount | - |
| Beauty and spa, hanbok, jewelry, tailoring | Booking & Service Fee, together with any further amount as set out in the booking confirmation | Remaining balance, where applicable |
6.1 This Section governs cancellations by the Client. Refunds arising from a deficient service are governed by Section 2 ("Refunds follow payment").
6.2 Booking & Service Fee. The Booking & Service Fee is non-refundable. It secures the Client's date and the arrangements reserved on the Client's behalf. It may be refunded in whole or in part, at the Company's discretion, where an issue results from the Company's own coordination or quotation error, or where the Company is unable to secure the confirmed booking; in the latter case, the Company will first seek to arrange a suitable alternative subject to availability (see Section 2).
6.3 Studio pre-wedding (스드메). Upon cancellation, the Booking & Service Fee is forfeited. As the balance is settled on the day, no further amount is payable.
6.4 Local or outdoor photography (prepaid in full). Where the Client cancels 31 or more days before the scheduled date, the Company refunds the amount paid, less the non-refundable Booking & Service Fee. Where the Client cancels within 31 days of the scheduled date, the amount paid is non-refundable. Weather is governed separately by Section 8.
6.5 Logistical and concierge services (prepaid in full). These are non-refundable upon cancellation by the Client. Where a service for which the Client has prepaid is not provided, the Company will remedy the matter — which may include a refund of a fair proportion — at its discretion, the Client having paid the Company for that service (see Section 2).
6.6 No-shows. Failure to attend a confirmed experience without prior notice is treated as a same-day cancellation and is non-refundable.
6.7 Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method. Any third-party transfer or processing charges arising on a refund are borne by the Client.
7.1 Rescheduling and changes are considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and provider approval.
7.2 No change, whether a reschedule or a modification, may be made within 31 days of the scheduled date.
7.3 Approved changes may be subject to re-booking charges or price differences applied by a provider, which are passed through to the Client.
7.4 Weather-related date changes for outdoor photography are governed by Section 8 and not by this Section.
8.1 Certain experiences are weather-dependent. The following applies in respect of outdoor and local photography.
8.2 Sessions proceed in most conditions. Light rain or overcast skies do not constitute grounds for cancellation; the session proceeds and is styled to the conditions, and such results are delivered as normal.
8.3 A weather-related date change may be arranged where requested at least 31 days before the scheduled date, subject to availability.
8.4 Within 31 days of the scheduled date, the session proceeds as scheduled irrespective of ordinary weather. Only genuinely prohibitive or unsafe conditions — such as a typhoon or an official storm or safety warning — will give rise to a rescheduled date, arranged at the discretion of the Company or the provider and subject to availability.
8.5 No cash refund is provided in respect of weather. Weather-affected bookings are resolved by rescheduling only, within the limits set out above.
9.1 Unedited originals are delivered approximately two (2) weeks after the session.
9.2 Edited final images are delivered approximately three (3) months from the date of photo selection (셀렉), which takes place on the day of the shoot.
9.3 These timelines apply to studio pre-wedding photography and are estimates provided by the partner studios; they may vary during peak periods. Delivery timelines for local, outdoor and other photography follow the schedule of the individual provider, as set out in the booking confirmation. The number of final edited images, outfit counts, scenes and any add-ons are as specified in the booking.
10.1 Images and footage are produced by the partner studios and photographers and are provided to the Client for personal use in accordance with the studio's delivery terms.
10.2 By booking a photography experience, the Client grants HotelNTrip a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the images and footage from the session for the Company's marketing and portfolio purposes, including its website, social media, and printed and digital materials. The relevant provider may also use the images for its own portfolio and marketing in accordance with its own terms.
10.3 If the Client does not wish their images to be used for the purposes described in clause 10.2, the Client must notify the Company during consultation or at the time of booking, by emailing k-wedding@honeymoonresort.co.kr or informing the Company during consultation. Where no such notice is given, the Client consents to the use described in clause 10.2. Once images have been published or otherwise made available online, their removal cannot be guaranteed and may not be possible, as the images and their copyright are held by the relevant provider. This licence does not transfer ownership of, or copyright in, the images to the Company.
Where a provider's own terms apply to a service (for example, a studio's shooting terms or a spa's treatment terms), those terms govern that service in conjunction with these Terms. The Company will direct the Client to any such terms where relevant.
12.1 The Company can arrange independent Korean beauty and spa services, including skincare, hair, makeup, and non-medical wellness and spa services, whether on a standalone basis or as part of a K-Wedding experience
12.2 Such services are performed by the independent provider. Depending on the booking, payment may be made to the Company in advance or to the provider, as set out in the booking confirmation. As the Client's point of contact, the Company assists with coordination and with the resolution of any issue; responsibility for the performance of the service rests with the provider, and refunds follow payment in accordance with Section 2.
12.3 These are non-medical services. The Company does not arrange, advise upon, or coordinate any medical or aesthetic-medical procedure.
The Client is responsible for:
13.1 holding a valid passport, visa and any entry permissions required for travel to Korea;
13.2 providing accurate booking information and promptly notifying the Company of any changes;
13.3 arriving punctually, late arrival potentially reducing session time without refund;
13.4 conducting themselves appropriately at provider venues and following the reasonable instructions of staff; and
13.5 disclosing any allergy, medical condition or accessibility requirement relevant to the experience.
The Client is strongly advised to hold travel and personal insurance covering trip cancellation, medical treatment and personal accident. The Client participates in all experiences, including outdoor sessions, at their own risk in respect of matters outside the Company's reasonable control. The Company is not liable for personal injury, illness, loss or damage save to the extent caused by its own negligence.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
15.1 the Company's total liability to the Client in connection with any booking is limited to the amount paid by the Client to the Company in respect of the affected service;
15.2 the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from events outside its reasonable control; and
15.3 nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence, or any of the Client's non-excludable rights under mandatory consumer protection law.
The Company is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, epidemic or pandemic,government action, strikes, transport disruption, or utility or provider failure. Where such an event prevents an experience, the Company will work with the Client and the relevant provider to reschedule where reasonably possible.
All content on k-wedding.co.kr, including text, images, branding, layout and design, is owned by or licensed to HotelNTrip and may not be copied, reproduced or used without the Company's prior written consent.
In the event of any concern, the Client should contact the Company in the first instance at k-wedding@honeymoonresort.co.kr so that the matter may be addressed directly. The Company aims to acknowledge complaints within a reasonable period and to work with the Client and any relevant provider towards a fair resolution.
19.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
19.2 Where the Client is a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction conferring mandatory protections that cannot be waived by contract, nothing in these Terms deprives the Client of those protections.
The Company may amend these Terms from time to time. The version published on k-wedding.co.kr at the time of the Client's booking governs that booking. Material changes will be posted on the Company's website.
